Stella Paffenholz

Stella Paffenholz, PhD, is an experienced professional in the field of cancer therapeutics and venture capital, currently serving as an Associate and Venture Fellow at Nextech Invest since October 2022. In 2023, Stella became a Board Observer at Delphia Therapeutics and Flare Therapeutics, while also advising Nucleate. Previously, Stella contributed as a Board Observer (Occasional Substitute) at Mariana Oncology and was a key member of Homeward Bound Projects, focusing on empowering women in science. Stella's venture capital experience includes a Fellowship at Included VC and a role as a Venture Developer at Apollo Health Ventures. Stella holds a PhD in Cancer Biology from the Gerstner Sloan Kettering Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences and has held significant leadership positions within the Tri-Institutional Biotech Club at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
