Holly Geiger has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Holly started their career in 2000 at Alaska Airlines, where they served as the Director of Occupational & Operational Safety and later as the Director of Security & Compliance. In 2006, they joined Amazon, where they held various leadership positions, including Director of World-Wide Safety, Director of Returns & Reverse Transportation Logistics, and Director of Kindle Direct Publishing CS & Operations. At Amazon, they led teams, managed global programs, and contributed to business growth through product management and strategic planning. In 2014, Holly worked as an Independent Consultant before joining Nordstrom in 2015 as the Director of Product Management for Mobile Shopping Applications. At Nordstrom, they played a crucial role in developing e-commerce strategies and driving the adoption of mobile platforms. In 2016, they joined L'Oréal as the Director of Ecommerce and Customer Collaboration, where they led a team in executing global support and customer success initiatives, with a focus on the Amazon account. Currently, Holly is working as the Customer Success Director at Delphix, where they continue to leverage their expertise in driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Holly Geiger holds a Master of Science degree in School of Public Health & Community Medicine, which they obtained from the University of Washington from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in School of Public Health (Environmental Health), also at the University of Washington, from 1991 to 1995.
