Ranzo Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ranzo started their career as a Consultant at Applix in 1996 and then worked as a DBA at Metricom in 1998, where they handled all aspects of managing 40+ Oracle databases. In 1999, they joined FutureNext as a Consultant before transitioning to become an Independent Consultant in 2000.

In 2003, Ranzo joined Business Wire as a Manager in Global Data Operations. Ranzo was responsible for architecting and building high-availability databases, as well as implementing a business intelligence solution. Ranzo also mentored junior DBAs and developers during their time there. Ranzo progressed to become the Director of Global Data Operations in 2006 and later became the VP of Global Data Operations in 2012. In these roles, they played a key role in driving strategic architecture changes, hardware/software purchases, and the adoption of new techniques.

In 2013, Ranzo joined Delphix as the Practice Director of Technical Services. Ranzo institutionalized the Delivery Framework for the Delphix Dynamic Data Platform and relayed customer feedback to Engineering and Product teams to enhance product readiness and operability. Ranzo then became the Sr. Practice Director of Technical Services, leading the worldwide Technical Services Practice and instilling a culture of courage, empathy, and technical excellence. Currently, Ranzo holds the position of Vice President of Technical Services at Delphix, where they oversee all technical aspects of services delivery.

Ranzo Taylor attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1996 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they hold a certification as an Oracle Certified Professional from Oracle, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
