Wendy Chen (Wenqian)

Wendy (Wenqian) Chen has worked in various roles throughout their career. Wendy (Wenqian) began their career as an Associate Program Manager at Goldstates Securities Co.,Ltd in 2012, where they were responsible for due diligence for three high-tech companies. Two of these companies successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotation System in China. Wendy (Wenqian) then worked as a Business Analyst at Beijing Nike Investment Management Co., Ltd from October 2014 to January 2017. In this role, Wendy completed numerous investment projects and provided valuable data to company leadership through statistical analysis and evaluation. Most recently, Wendy has been working as a People Analyst at Delphix since December 2021. Wendy (Wenqian) continues to contribute their analytical and technological skills to support the company's people-related initiatives.

Wendy (Wenqian) Chen completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology from 2008 to 2012. Wendy (Wenqian) then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University between 2019 and 2021. In addition to their formal education, Wendy has also acquired several certifications. Wendy (Wenqian) completed the Tableau Essential Training course offered by LinkedIn in August 2021 and obtained the Azure Data Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in July 2021. Further, they completed the Java Course provided by Sololearn in December 2019 and the Google Analytics for Beginners course offered by Google in January 2021.
