Wilfred Bet-Alkhas

Wilfred Bet-Alkhas has a diverse work experience ranging from HR operations to language instruction and IT project management. Wilfred started their career in 2011 as a Senior IT Project Manager at Modul Investments and later worked as a VP of Talent Acquisition at Sezzo Labs in 2012. In 2013, they became an HRIS Project Manager at A10 Networks and then transitioned to an HRIS Consultant role at Ensighten in 2015. From 2014 to 2018, Wilfred worked as a Talent Acquisition Technology Consultant at Apttus and Samsung Electronics, where they also served as a Talent Acquisition & Technology Consultant. In 2016, they became a Lecturer for Assyrian/Aramaic Language and Culture at San Jose State University while simultaneously taking on the role of Vice President of HR Operations at Delphix. In 2016, they also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Civil Maps. Their most recent role was as an HR Technology Consultant at BetAlkhas Innovations from 2012 to 2019.

Wilfred Bet-Alkhas obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology from San Jose State University between 1987 and 1990. Wilfred then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Irvine, completing it in 1992. Following a brief break, from 1995 to 1997, Bet-Alkhas studied Human Resources Management at the University of California, Santa Cruz. However, they did not complete a degree program during this period.
