Kelly Buckley (She/Her)

Kelly Buckley, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kelly is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Delphix since May 2022. Previously, they held the role of Director, Talent Acquisition and HRBP at Udacity from December 2021 to May 2022, and before that, they served as a Senior People Partner from December 2020 to December 2021 at the same company.

Prior to their time at Udacity, Kelly worked at Workiva as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from January 2019 to December 2020. Kelly quickly rose through the ranks within just 4 months and was promoted to a senior leadership position. Kelly focused on fostering a culture of feedback, data-driven decision-making, and alignment with business strategy.

Before joining Workiva, Kelly held various positions at Oakwood. Kelly worked as the Director of Human Resources, Americas, where they developed and executed HR strategies across the Western Region. Kelly also earned multiple promotions during their three-year tenure and eventually led all HR functions for the Americas. Kelly is proud of their achievements in promoting honest and transparent communication during times of organizational change.

Kelly's earliest work experience was at American Valet, where they started as an Account Manager in 2001. Over the course of 13 years, they steadily progressed through different roles, including Operations Manager, Vice President of Operations & Human Resources, and ultimately Chief Operating & Human Resources Officer. In their final position, they oversaw both operations and talent functions for a workforce of over 600 employees.

Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on strategic HR practices, and an ability to drive positive change in organizations.

Kelly Buckley, MBA (She/Her) has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Liberal Studies from Northern Arizona University. Kelly also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
