Napoleon Bletsas has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Napoleon worked as a Senior Accountant at Epic for Kids starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Finance and Accounting Manager at IntraVu, Inc. and Delpor, Inc. from 2019 onwards. In 2019, Napoleon worked at Kforce Inc as a Senior Accountant / Revenue Data Validation Specialist. From 2018 to 2018, they held the position of Senior Accountant in the Sales Operations Function at IQVIA, where they managed project proposals, contracts, and revenue schedules. Napoleon also served as the Manager of Finance & Accounting at IQVIA from 2006 to 2018, where they were responsible for revenue recognition, financial analysis, and cash flow management.

Napoleon Bletsas holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance & Investment from Brunel University London. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification in Financial Modeling and Forecasting Financial Statements from LinkedIn in May 2020.
