Byron Salguero

Byron Salguero is an experienced professional in IT operational resiliency and incident management. Currently serving as General Manager of IT Operational Resiliency at Delta Air Lines, Byron has previously held key roles at Visa, including Incident Process Manager, Major Incident Management, Global IT Service Delivery Manager, and Network Operations Center Manager. Byron also served as Director of Customer Operations at Medical Web Services and as IT Helpdesk Manager at TracFone Wireless, Inc. Byron holds a B.S. in Information Technology Management and an Undergraduate Certificate in Emergency & Disaster Management from American Military University.
