Tim Kraft is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience strategy and analytics within the airline and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director for Customer Experience Strategy, Integration & Personalization at Delta Air Lines since October 2014, Tim has successfully led initiatives to enhance personalization capabilities and improve customer satisfaction scores. Previous roles at Delta include leadership positions in customer engagement and distribution planning, where significant budget management and strategic planning were conducted. Prior to Delta, Tim had a notable tenure at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, overseeing data and analytics as well as sales and distribution planning. An early career at Northwest Airlines and Southwest Airlines further established Tim's expertise in sales analysis and marketing management. Tim holds an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a BBA in Marketing Management and Transportation from Wisconsin School of Business.
