Warren Kugelmann

Warren Kugelmann is an experienced engineering and operations professional, currently serving as Director of Quality of Experience (QoE) at Delta Air Lines since March 2022. Previously, Warren held the position of Director of Reliability Engineering at Anuvu and spent 17 years at Thales in various roles, culminating as Director of Service Operations Center. Notable achievements include transforming a domestic Aircraft Maintenance Planning team into a Global Aircraft Technical Support team and directing a large group of engineers and managers to enhance in-flight entertainment systems across 700 aircraft. Warren's career began at Rockwell Collins, where contributions included performing root cause failure investigations and supporting commercial avionics hardware. With a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida, Warren has a solid educational foundation to support extensive professional expertise.
