Dr. Wayne Grant

Dr. Wayne Grant, PharmD, MBA, serves as an Expert Pharmacy Witness at Grant Clinical Consulting, providing clinical pharmacy services, expert oversight, and litigation support since August 2008. Currently, Dr. Grant is the National Clinical Innovation Officer at Delta Care Rx and a Clinical Associate Professor at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED). Previously, Dr. Grant held the position of Director of the Hospice Institute and Pharmacy Services at Hospice of the Western Reserve for 15 years, focusing on research, education, and pharmacy services in hospice and palliative care. As an adjunct clinical assistant professor at the University of Florida, Dr. Grant integrated evidence-based medicine into consulting and teaching for the Working Professional Doctor of Pharmacy program. Educational credentials include a PharmD from the University of Florida, an MBA from Kent State University, and a BS in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University.
