Robin Ralls

Robin Ralls serves as the Deputy General Counsel at Delta Community Credit Union, the largest credit union in Georgia, since January 2014. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Associate at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice LLP and Alston & Bird LLP, where Robin focused on regulatory issues, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Earlier legal experience includes an associate position at Womble Carlyle, where Robin gained expertise in banking and real estate matters, and a legal assistant role at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in History from Duke University.
