Katie Ruback

Katie Ruback has a diverse work experience. Katie began their career at Fastenal in 2008, where they worked as a Logistics Support and later as a Marketing Campaign Coordinator. In these roles, they coordinated national tradeshow presence, developed marketing campaigns and sales flyers, and contributed to the development of product catalogs and sales literature.

In 2013, Katie joined Delta Defense LLC as a National Event & Public Relations Coordinator. Katie then worked their way up to various leadership positions, including Consumer Experience Manager, Director of Public Relations, Social Media & Events, Director of Strategic Initiatives, and currently as Director of Sales Operations. Delta Defense is the operating firm for the United States Concealed Carry Association, where they provide education, training, and legal and financial backup plans for responsible gun owners.

Katie Ruback completed their education at Winona State University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a focus on Mass Communications: Public Relations. Prior to that, they attended Slinger High School from 2002 to 2007, earning their High School Diploma with a general education curriculum.

In addition to their academic achievements, Katie also holds certifications in Exhibition Management from the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), which they obtained in March 2019. Katie also received a certification in Integrity Selling from Integrity Solutions LLC in July 2015.
