Dayna Collard

Dayna Collard is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality assurance, photography, management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Delta Dental of Arkansas since October 2016, Dayna monitors customer service calls to ensure compliance with medical laws, including HIPAA and PHI regulations. As the Owner/Operator of Saddleback Photography since 1992, Dayna has captured a variety of local events and individual sessions. Prior roles include Professional Photographer and Regional Trainer at The Portrait Cafe', where Dayna excelled in sales and training new photographers, and Manager at Nuvell Financial Services, overseeing collections agents and quality assurance standards.
