Qian Yi

Qian Yi is an experienced UX Researcher currently leading foundational and evaluative research for Delta Dental of Washington's Digital Platform. In addition to this role, Qian Yi operates the YouTube channel @Qianology, sharing insights on career advancement in tech. Previous positions include User Researcher for Warner Bros. Games via Zero to UX, where Qian Yi developed a product roadmap and led feature prioritization workshops.
