Bhavin Patel

Bhavin Patel has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Bhavin is currently serving as the Head of Digital Operations at Delta Dental Ins. since October 2018. Prior to this, Bhavin served as the Vice President - Digital Channel Sales at Bank of the West from July 2012 to October 2018. Bhavin also worked as a Consultant at PacWest Consulting Partners from August 2009 to July 2012. Bhavin has prior experience at E-Loan, Inc. where they served as the Director of Operations - Internet Banking from November 2006 to July 2009 and as an Operations Manager from July 2003 to October 2006. Before that, they worked as a Strategic Business Consultant at Inner Sound from January 2001 to May 2003. Bhavin started their career at CitiFinancial as a Branch Manager from September 1998 to December 2000.

Bhavin Patel attended Grand Valley State University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2023, they also attended The Wharton School for a General Management Program. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Executive Negotiation, Analytics for Strategic Growth, Effective Execution of Organizational Strategy, Leading Digital Transformation, and Becoming a Leader of Leaders, all from various educational institutions. Bhavin also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the University of Michigan, which they obtained in 2010.
