Marcy Usher

Marcy Usher has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Marcy started their career in 2002 as a Human Resources professional at Copper State Bolt & Nut Company and later joined Dignity Health as a Human Resources Manager in 2005. In 2013, they joined Optum360 as the Director of Human Capital Transitions. Most recently, they served as the Vice President at Delta Dental Insurance, where they provided strategic leadership and implemented innovative approaches to talent acquisition, development, and labor relations. Marcy's work experience demonstrates their expertise in driving talent development and organizational success.

Marcy Usher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business with a concentration in HR from Arizona State University. Marcy also has a Masters degree in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University. Additionally, they obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2014.
