Cassandra Jackson

Cassandra Jackson, BS, MBA, currently serves as the Production Operations Manager at Delta Faucet Company since June 2023. Previously, Cassandra held the position of Robotic Systems Assembly Manager at ABB from February 2020 to December 2022, where leadership of a team of 50 assemblers, painters, and test technicians was central to the role, along with developing recruitment strategies. Cassandra's experience includes a tenure at Ascension from September 2009 to February 2020 as Senior Program Manager, focusing on building relationships with various sectors to support vulnerable populations and managing the Bridges to HOPE program. Prior positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles included Paint Operations Manager, where implementation of ISO quality standards was achieved, and Assembly Manager, overseeing a significant workforce and a $5M annual budget.
