Ahmed Adel

Ahmed Adel has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Ahmed currently holds the role of Director of Administration and HR at Delta Galil Industries, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources and Administration Director at Selah ElTelmeez from October 2017 to October 2021. Ahmed also served as the Head of Human Resources & Administration - MENA Region at Marico Limited from January 2015 to October 2017. Ahmed's earlier roles include Human Resources Manager positions at TNT Express from 2012 to 2014 and The Kraft Heinz Company from 2008 to 2012. Ahmed also worked as an Instructor for the Human Resources Business Certificate program at The American University in Cairo from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Ahmed held the roles of Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Coordinator at Kuwait Food Company (Americana) from 2001 to 2007.

Ahmed Adel completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Helwan University Cairo from 1999 to 2003. Ahmed also obtained a Management Diploma in Human Resources from The American University in Cairo in 2005. Furthermore, Ahmed has obtained several additional certifications from LinkedIn, including Agile Project Leadership, Articulating Your Value, Business Analysis Foundations, Human Resources: Job Structure and Design, Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners, Strategic Human Resources, Talent Management, and Understanding Logistics in 2021. Ahmed also obtained a Management Grid Assessor certification from the Relations Management Program [RMP] in India in 2015. Ahmed holds an HR Diploma from the American University in Cairo as well.
