Stephanie Johnston

Stephanie Johnston is currently a People Operations Specialist (HR) at Delta Group. Stephanie has been with Delta Group since June of 2017, originally starting as a Senior Case Manager and Executive Assistant to the Owner of the company. In this role, Stephanie was responsible for managing approximately 60+ cases of workmen's comp insurance fraud, working with field supervisors and private investigators to ensure cases were being worked efficiently and effectively. Stephanie also increased the overall video percentage obtainment from 30% to over 60% to meet field standards, and increased the caseload in the West Coast Territory from an average of 30-40 per month to 55-80 per month. Stephanie was also responsible for reviewing, processing and proofing final reports submitted to clientele, cross-training in various departments to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of the work product, and facilitating lessons on improving personal growth and company culture including positive thinking, self-awareness and communication skills. In addition, Stephanie was responsible for reviewing, educating, obtaining and maintaining private investigative licensure for all investigators in the company throughout the United States, training new hires in various job duties, participating in voluntary leadership classes offered by the company, and utilizing Quickbooks Software to accurately and quickly create, upload and disburse invoices to over 100+ clients with all special invoicing instructions. Stephanie has been a valuable asset to Delta Group, and their experience in people operations has been a great addition to the team.

Stephanie Johnston has a Master of Social Work from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Gwinnett College. Stephanie is also certified as a Licensed Master Social Worker from the Georgia Secretary of State.

Stephanie Johnston reports to Sarah Duke, Chief Operating Office. They work with Angela Gardner - Vice President, Operations, Jennifer Saunders - Vice President, National Account Management, and Brent LaJeunesse - Vice President, SIU.
