Kevin Pohlman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kevin started their career as a Senior Analyst at Accenture in 1988 before moving on to work at Delphi as a Product, Manufacturing, and Industrial Engineer as well as a Plant Supervisor. Kevin then became a Program Manager and Design Release Engineer at Delphi before eventually becoming an Engineering Manager. In 2001, they joined Intier Automotive as a Senior Program Manager. Kevin later worked at Magna International as a Business Development Manager, where they focused on automotive interiors pursuit. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Eissmann Group Automotive as a Director of Sales and Business Development, specializing in cut and sewn and wrapped interior trim components. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Sales and Program Management at Delta Electronics (Americas), where they are responsible for sales and program management of various products to automotive OEMs.
Kevin Pohlman holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Management from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Kevin's earliest educational achievement is a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton, which they received between 1983 and 1987.
