Michal Gradus

Michal Gradus serves as the Head of Professional Development for the NCAA Student Athlete Advisory Committee at Syracuse University, where leadership efforts have led to the creation of alumni connection programs and the launch of a dedicated LinkedIn platform for student-athletes. As a member of the Syracuse Men’s Soccer Team and a NCAA Division 1 student-athlete, accomplishments include winning the 2022 NCAA Men’s Soccer National Championship. Gradus also contributes to Delta Sigma Pi, enhancing networking skills through mock interviews, and has gained practical experience as a Store Leadership Intern at Kohl's, where strategic initiatives resulted in increased sales. Roles at Northwestern Mutual as a Pro-Bono Consultant and during the Deloitte Consulting Apprenticeship Program have further refined consulting and marketing skills. Currently, Gradus is pursuing a degree in Marketing and Management at Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
