Floris Calkoen is currently a researcher in Coastal Geomorphology at Deltares and a PhD candidate in coastal geomorphology at TU Delft. Floris has a diverse educational background, including a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Amsterdam, a Master of Science in Oceanography from Erasmus Mundus, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology/Earth Science from VU Amsterdam. Previous experiences include research internships at Deltares, University of Lisbon, and exchange student at Universidad de Oviedo.
