Colette Shotton

Colette Shotton, JD MBA, currently serves as Associate General Counsel and Director at Deltek since April 2021, previously holding positions as Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes Associate Corporate Counsel at Technica Corporation and Associate General Counsel roles at LaserShip and Bright MLS. Colette's career also encompasses a consultancy role as Regional Legal Counsel at TIBCO Software Inc. and serving as Principal and Managing Member at Transactions Counsel 360. Expertise lies in negotiating and closing complex technology and OEM agreements, construction agreements, and international engineering and professional service agreements, with a focus on regulatory matters and government contract issues. Colette has advised senior executives on risk mitigation, company policies, and compliance issues. Academically, Colette holds a JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Duquesne University, and a BA in English and History from the University of Pittsburgh.
