Heather Menster has over two decades of experience in sales and account management, currently serving as a Sales Leader for GovWin IQ at Deltek since September 2009, with previous roles as Senior Sales Manager and Principal Account Manager. Prior to Deltek, Heather worked as an Online Marketing Specialist at Network Solutions and held positions at Jupitermedia as an Account Development Manager, Public Strategies as an Advertising Account Supervisor, and MAKOS-Full Service Advertising Agency as an Account Executive. Heather is certified as a Google AdWords reseller and holds a BS in Advertising and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin.
