Gwen Davidow

Gwen Davidow has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Gwen most recently served as the Director of Operations at Delterra since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the same role at McKinsey.org from May 2019 to October 2021. Gwen also has experience in the nonprofit sector, serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for People Animals Love since March 2019. Earlier in their career, they held leadership roles such as Vice President of Programs & Operations at the World Environment Center from January 2005 to May 2019. Additionally, Gwen has experience in marketing and consulting, including serving as the Director of Marketing at Allied Marine Services and owning their own consulting firm Davidow Consulting. Gwen has also held roles in organizations like the White House Council on Environmental Quality and the Academy for Educational Development.

Gwen Davidow completed their education at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where they obtained their MBA degree in International Business from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they attended the University of Virginia from 1989 to 1993 and earned their BA degree in Foreign Affairs. In addition to their formal education, Gwen also obtained a Certificate of Executive Nonprofit Leadership from the Center for Social Leadership in July 2009.
