Tika Diagnestya

Tika Diagnestya currently serves as a Youth Advisor at Green Network Asia since April 2024 and holds the position of Senior Associate at Delterra, a company founded by McKinsey & Company, since December 2021. Tika co-founded Masak Bersih (MASIH) and has also held roles including Growth Senior Associate at Shopee, Project Specialist at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Strategy & Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture. Prior experience includes serving as an Investment Analyst at the Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) and a Research Assistant at New York University under Professor Aleksandr Gevorkyan. Tika's leadership experience extends to the Overseas Indonesian Student Association Alliance as Secretary for America and Europe Regions and as a Transfer Ambassador at New York University. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University, an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Green River College, and a Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
