Emily Gunderson

Emily Gunderson currently serves as the Manager of the HR Service Center at Deluxe, a position held since February 2021, after previously working as a Human Resources Supervisor. Prior to Deluxe, Emily spent five years at Ecolab, where the roles included Associate Human Resources Generalist, focusing on HR support and managing the Return to Work program, as well as serving as a Field Compensation Specialist. Emily began professional experience at Travelers as an HR Representative, addressing inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and policies. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Service Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed in 2011.
