Susan Mays

Susan Mays is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in services operations and product management. Currently serving as Director of Services Operations at Deluxe Corporation since March 2012, Mays oversees custom logo and website fulfillment for over 250,000 small businesses, achieving high customer satisfaction scores and successfully transitioning social management operations into a scalable business channel. Previously, Mays held various leadership roles at Yellow Book from July 2002 to June 2012, including Senior Manager of Product Development and Management, where responsibilities included managing strategic application product initiatives and launching the YellowBook360 Business Center. Mays's expertise includes process refinement, business transformation, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and operational efficiency. Mays holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University.
