Jennifer Westby

Jennifer Westby is a seasoned design researcher with extensive experience in conducting user-centered research for design consulting projects, particularly at Delve, where Jennifer serves as a Senior Design Researcher since September 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at American Family Insurance as a Digital Consumer Insights Scientist, focusing on consumer behaviors and digital experiences. Previous positions include Cognitive Research Scientist at Charles River Analytics, where Jennifer designed technologies for government agencies, and various internships that provided foundational skills in business development and human-machine interaction. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering with a focus on Human Factors, as well as a Bachelor's degree in the same field, complemented by a Business Certificate, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
