Sarah Nesti

Sarah Nesti is a skilled scientist with extensive experience in biopharma and biomedical research. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Scientist at DEM Biopharma, Inc., since September 2023, Sarah previously worked as a Principal Research Associate at RootPath Genomics, where an epitope identification method for tumor-reactive TCRs was developed and optimized. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Research Associate at Cygnal Therapeutics, focusing on neuro-immune interactions, and a position as a Research Technician at The MGH/HST Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging, where biomarker measurement for immune checkpoint inhibitor therapies was conducted using advanced imaging techniques. Early work includes a co-op position at Moderna Therapeutics and an undergraduate research assistant role at Northeastern University, where Sarah completed a degree from 2013 to 2017.
