Paolo Romano

Paolo Romano has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as Assembly Leader at DEMA spa since May 2017, focusing on the design of medium to large aircraft structures and the integration of key manufacturing technologies. Previously, Paolo co-founded and managed both SSI - SOLUZIONI AERONAUTICHE, providing technical and engineering consultancy for the aerospace sector, and powernova srl, a precision mechanical workshop specializing in the fabrication of aircraft parts. Additionally, Paolo was a co-founder of 3DnA srl in 2015. Educationally, Paolo is pursuing a Master's in High-Performance Coaching from MICAP and has also completed studies at Stoà, along with a classical education from Liceo Classico Vittorio Imbriani.
