Mark Strader

Mark Strader has extensive experience in talent management and talent acquisition. Mark is currently the Director of Global Talent Management and Talent Acquisition at Demand Science since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Talent and Capability Head at ITG Brands from May 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they served as the VP of Human Resources for Global Talent Acquisition at RTI International from January 2016 to May 2019. Mark also held the position of Vice President of HR - Talent Acquisition at WorldPay from March 2013 to August 2015. Furthermore, they worked as the HR Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Ventyx from September 2010 to October 2012. Mark Strader started their career as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at LexisNexis Risk Solutions (formerly ChoicePoint Inc) from March 2006 to July 2010. Mark began their professional journey as a Senior Technology Recruiter at Analysts International from June 2003 to February 2006.

Mark Strader earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. In 2008, they obtained a certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
