Megan Anderson is the Vice President of Customer Success for Demandbase. In her role, Anderson is responsible for managing the global customer success team tasked with driving customer value through onboarding, adoption, and retention.
Since joining Demandbase in 2014, Anderson has been integral in optimizing the customer journey and providing exceptional customer service and support. Throughout her decade-plus career, Anderson has held leadership positions in customer success and marketing at notable organizations, including Business Online.
Anderson received her bachelor's of science degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
