Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for our ecommerce projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user behavior, a strong design sensibility, and the ability to translate complex concepts into seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Develop intuitive and engaging interfaces that prioritize user experience.

• Iterate designs based on feedback, user testing, and industry best practices.

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role in ecommerce or web development.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Experience with the Shopify Plus and/or Salesforce Commerce Cloud

• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and functional designs.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on user experience.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
