Alex Poon Wai Kean

Alex Poon Wai Kean is a Senior HR Digitalization Specialist at Demant Technology and Innovation Centre Malaysia since June 2023, leading the digital transformation initiatives within the HR function and implementing group-wide HR Digitalization strategies. Prior to this role, Alex served as a Specialist in Global HR IT Support & Development at VISTRA and as an Assistant Manager for HR Systems at BASF, where responsibilities included overseeing HR Digitalization projects and supporting various HR systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP HR. Alex has extensive experience in HR digitalization, talent acquisition, and system integration, with a career that began in 2012, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing from Management and Science University earned in 2014.
