James Schaller

James Schaller has extensive experience in instructional design and training development. At Quality Training Systems, James served as a Consultant, where James designed training products in various formats and implemented project management. Prior to that, at Saudi Aramco, James worked as a Program Development and Evaluation Analyst, focusing on developing job skills training programs and serving as a senior designer and technical editor. Currently, at Dematic, James holds the position of Senior Instructional Designer, creating e-Learning content and designing effective assessments and performance measurement strategies.
