Shibu Sasidharan

Shibu Sasidharan is the Senior Vice President of Global Commercial Organisation and Strategy. He leads Dematic’s global commercial organization, which encompasses the development, implementation, and continuous evolution of Dematic’s commercial and go-to-market strategies that will strengthen the business and position the organization for long-term growth. Shibu and his leadership team are focused on ongoing customer success through global key customer account sales, vertical market activation, best-in-class commercial excellence, sales enablement, lifecycle services, and strategic business development.

Shibu joined Dematic in 2018 as VP of Global Business Development & Strategy, where he led corporate strategy and executed breakthrough initiatives with the company’s Micro Enterprises, vertical market segmentation, and commercial development, including the exploration of M&A/partnership and venture opportunities.
