Bartlomiej Zalewski

Bartlomiej Zalewski has a strong background in electrical engineering and maritime work. Bartlomiej began their career in 2009 as an Electro Technical Officer (ETO) at BP Shipping, where they were responsible for the maintenance and repair of various electrical systems on board different types of vessels. Bartlomiej then joined Maersk in 2011 as an Electrician Assistant, specializing in maintaining and repairing reefers during sea passages. In 2013, Zalewski moved to Innovation Shipping B.V/ part of DEME Offshore as a Chief Electrician/ETO, a role they continued until 2018 when they became a Chief Electrician/ETO/EIT at DEME Group. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in electrical maintenance, system troubleshooting, safety management, and documentation.

Bartlomiej Zalewski has a strong education background in the field of marine electrical engineering. Bartlomiej first attended Gdynia Maritime University, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree from the Faculty of Marine Electrical Engineering in 2008. Bartlomiej went on to pursue further education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree from the same faculty in 2009. In 2012, Bartlomiej Zalewski briefly returned to Gdynia Maritime University to complete a program in Marine Electro Automation Officer, focusing on the field of electrical, electronic, and communication engineering.
