Guy Bolton

Guy Bolton serves as the President of Bolton Equities since November 2019 and has held a board member position at DemeRx, Inc. since July 2020. From February 2020 to January 2024, Guy acted as Chairman of Rugby United New York, contributing to the establishment of the team as the first professional rugby franchise in New York City. Previously, Guy was Chairman of CSX Systems, a technology company focused on concussion management in sports, from December 2020 to December 2021. Guy's extensive pharmaceutical background includes 10 years at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, culminating as Associate Vice President, Head of U.S. Clinical Operations, and having directed over 50 clinical studies, leading to significant product registrations. Early career experience includes roles at Forest Laboratories as an International Clinical Study Manager and Senior Clinical Scientist. Guy Bolton earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from the University of Scranton.
