Karla Arguello has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Karla currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at DemeTech Corporation since August 2020. Prior to that, from April 2019 to August 2020, they worked as a Digital Marketing Coach at BizHack Academy, where they trained marketing professionals and entrepreneurs in digital marketing strategies. From March 2014 to August 2020, Karla served as the Communications Director at The Rhythm Foundation, overseeing communications, public relations, and marketing efforts. During their time there, they also managed event production and logistics. Before that, Karla worked as a Production Assistant at Miami Nice Jazz Festival from July 2013 to March 2014, where they coordinated production schedules and facilitated artist interviews. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Manager for Mr Pauer - Artist/Producer/DJ from April 2013 to March 2014, handling tour management and business-related matters. From June 2011 to March 2014, Karla worked as the Director of Human Resources & Public Affairs at DemeTech Corporation, where they implemented HR policies, conducted hiring, and managed employee relations. Karla also collaborated with web developers and planned international trade shows for the company. Karla started their career as a Staff Writer at Fabrika from June 2012 to June 2013, focusing on conducting interviews and publishing music-related content.
