Birgul Tuzlali

Birgul Tuzlali has over 14 years of work experience in the legal and contract management fields. Birgul began their career in 2006 as a Contract Administrator and Material and Service Procurement Specialist at ABB, Inc. Legal Department, Power Products and Power Systems. In 2016, they joined Ipreo as a Senior Contract Negotiator, and in 2017 they moved to Lenovo as a Senior Corporate Paralegal. Currently, Birgul is a Senior Contract Manager at Demetrix, where they review and negotiates agreements including NDAs and SOWs, develops contracts from corporate templates, and assists with contract negotiations and regulatory compliance.

Birgul Tuzlali holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Istanbul University in the field of Law and has completed studies at North Carolina State University in Adult and Continuing Education Administration.
