Jasmien van de Water

Jasmien Van de Water is an experienced professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Talent Manager and HR Business Partner at DEMOCO since April 2020. Prior to this role, Jasmien worked as a Talent Advisor at Democo Group from August 2017 to March 2020, contributing to multidisciplinary construction partnerships. Jasmien's career in HR began at Ethias as an HR Advisor from December 2013 to August 2017, following a position as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at a technical recruitment and secondment office in 2013. Jasmien's foundational experience includes an internship at INEOS ChlorVinyls in 2012.
