Paul Waters

Paul Waters is the Director of the Digital Democracy Portfolio at Democracy Fund. Previously, Paul has worked in various roles in organizations such as PHILANTHROPY FOR ACTIVE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT (PACE), Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY, and the U.S. Department of State. Paul holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from The George Washington University Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with a double major in International Affairs and Political Communication from The George Washington University.
