Joanne Rogers

JoAnne Rogers has experience as a Program Manager at Democracy International managing USAID-funded programs. Prior to that, JoAnne worked as a Program Director in Central and Eastern Europe at the National Democratic Institute. JoAnne also held roles at The Pew Charitable Trusts, National Endowment for Democracy, and Georgetown University Law Center. JoAnne holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
