Mariah M.

Mariah M. has a wealth of experience in the field of employee engagement and inclusion. Mariah began their career in 2009 as a Research Assistant for Bonnie Grad, Ph.D., Art Historian and Author. In 2012, they took on the role of Assistant to the Dean of the College at Vassar College. In 2013, they were Office & Benefits Manager at the New Organizing Institute. In 2015, Mariah M. joined Vox Media, Inc. as People & Diversity Program Manager and later as People & Culture Coordinator. In 2018, they became Director of Inclusion and Engagement and Employee Engagement Lead at Democracy Works.

Mariah M. attended Vassar College from 2009 to 2013 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Education. Mariah then attended General Assembly from 2015 to 2016 to study Data Analytics. In 2017, they earned a Master of Business Administration from Yale School of Management. Additionally, Mariah M. holds a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
