Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 when they worked as a Direct Sales Executive at Infosys for five years. In 2017, they joined Phoenix Evolution DMCC, where they initially served as a Sales Manager, responsible for providing cross-channel engagement solutions to enterprises in the MENA region. In 2018, Michael was promoted to Head of Sales, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they are the Sales Director for MENA at Democrance, a role they assumed in January 2020.

Michael Walsh attended Waterford Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Business and obtained a Higher Certificate in Business. In addition to their formal education, Michael has also obtained certifications including "Negotiation Mastery" from Harvard Business School in February 2022 and "Consultative Selling - Level 7" from Orange in July 2012.
