Marili Vaca

Marili Vaca is a Social Media Storyteller/Strategist at Democrat and Chronicle. Marili also worked as a staff photojournalist and photojournalism fellow, creating community-based stories in Rochester. Prior to joining the Democrat and Chronicle, Marili worked at Rochester Institute of Technology in various roles such as RIT SPAS Equipment Specialist, Video Editor, Videographer, and College of Math and Science Office Assistant. Marili also has experience as a University Dining Commons Student Manager and as a Video Editor intern at Dope Entertainment. Marili is currently pursuing a degree in Photography and Photojournalism at Rochester Institute of Technology.
