Esthefany Polanco has worked in various roles in event planning, coordination, and administrative support for organizations such as the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach Hotel, California State University-Channel Islands, Museum of Ventura County, and Organizing for America. With a BA in Political Science with an emphasis on International Relations from UC Santa Barbara, Esthefany has a strong background in logistics and event management.
