Shea O'Malley

Shea O'Malley has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. They started their career in 2014 at Fiscal Assistance of Dane as a tutor, providing care and tutoring to a student with disabilities. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Retail Prep Associate at Duluth Trading Company. In 2018, Shea joined the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater as a Human Resources Intern and also worked as an Academic Tutor. They continued their HR experience in 2021 at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Human Resources Assistant. Most recently, Shea has been employed at the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, starting in 2021 as a Human Resources Manager and later transitioning to the role of Benefits and Strategy Director in August 2022.

Shea O'Malley completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. This educational journey took place from 2017 to 2020.
